Thank you for your order. Panda Kitchen and Bath makes every effort to ensure you receive your material as ordered. We are committed to your satisfaction. Please read and review the following terms and conditions of your purchase.
WARRANTY - CABINETS, HINGES, & DRAWER SLIDES: All our cabinets come with a limited lifetime warranty. PANDA KITCHEN & BATH hereby warrants to the original purchaser, for residential applications only, that all our cabinets and accessories, hinges, and drawer glide systems, are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of PANDA KITCHEN & BATH and does not include labor for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modification, exposure to the elements, including humidity, which may result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse, or negligence. PANDA KITCHEN & BATH reserves the right to alter design, specifications, and material without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured. The repair (s) or replacements (s) are contingent upon the current product offerings of styles and construction options with the PANDA KITCHEN & BATH product line at the time of warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed after a product becomes obsolete, the manufacturer reserves the right to honor the warranty in one of the following fashions: 1. To replace the affected component with a new component of the same style. 2. If the same product/component is not available to replace the affected component with a comparable product from the manufacture’s available inventory offerings. If components are replaced, PANDA KITCHEN & BATH cannot guarantee that the finish of these replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the components in the residential application. This is due to changes that occur during the wood’s natural aging process that affect its color and grain.
DESIGN & MEASUREMENTS: The buyer is responsible for confirming items purchased will fit in their design. Our staff can provide design advice but DOES NOT GUARANTEE the accuracy or efficiency on said design advice. Before making any purchase we strongly recommend that the buyer consult with their installer, designer, and/or contractor for any, and all, design advice. PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH accepts no responsibility or liability for any measurement or design errors.
PRODUCT INSPECTION: All cabinets ship in flat pack style boxes and are UNASSEMBLED. The buyer is responsible for making sure that all items picked up match the quantity and description of the items in the order. Concealed damage claims (damages found after unpacking) must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Do not install damaged or defective product. Assembly or modification of the products may void claims for damage. Damage claims must be made in person at the same location where the product was originally picked up.
RETURNS: All returns will be charged a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. After 30 days the fee increases by 15% every month. No returns accepted after 180 days. No returns accepted for opened or assembled product and product MUST be in its original and sealed package. Clearance Items, or products sold AS-IS, may not be returned.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations will be charged a 10% CANCEL FEE. After 30 days the fee increases by 10% every month. A cancellation is defined as a return of funds to the customer whereby no return of products is involved.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS: Approved payment methods are cash, bank checks, money order, credit cards and wire transfers. NO AMEX ACCEPTED. Any returned check will be assessed a $50 fee. Refunds for purchases made with cash, wire transfer, money order or bank check will be refunded, via company check, within 4 weeks to the main account holder listed on file. Refunds for purchases made with a credit card will be credited back to the original card holder.
LIFETIME WARRANTY: Panda Kitchen and Bath warranties its cabinets to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for the life of the cabinet purchased. This warranty is one-time transferable. Warping of wood, peeling paint, hinges, drawer glides, and mechanical parts are covered under this warranty for the lifetime of the purchased cabinet. During this warranty period, Panda Kitchen and Bath will repair or replace, at our option, any cabinet or its component which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use and services. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and does not include service, labor or transportation charges related to the removal or installation of defective parts. In addition, this warranty does not include labor or damage due to improper installation, storage, misuse or neglect. This warranty shall not apply to Panda Kitchen and Bath cabinetry or parts that have been subject to alteration, modification, accident, abnormal use, extreme temperature, moisture levels or abrasive/citrus cleaning chemicals. Touch-up and adjustments are not included under this warranty and are the responsibility of the installer. You will be required to provide your order number, purchaser name and pictures of the defect. The lifetime warranty excludes all-inclusive and mix-and-match vanities.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Providing personal information is voluntary and not a condition of sale, but no warranty, return or exchange is allowed unless the buyer furnishes his/her name, address and telephone number.
PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH will not be held responsible for cabinets ordered due to incorrect measurements supplied by customer. Cabinets are delivered “unassembled”; assembly and installation is not included. Shipping damage claims will not be accepted after assembly of cabinets. Returns must be in original sealed packaging and are subject to a 25% handling fee on all management-approved returns.
