Do any of the cabinets contain any particleboard?
This is an easy answer, we DO NOT use particle board in any of our cabinet products.

Our painted finished doors and drawer fronts are constructed from 3/4″ solid wood with an
MDF center Panel.
Cabinet Box
Our frameless cabinet boxes are constructed from 11-layer furniture-grade plywood. All
materials are KCMA Certified and CARB2 compliant following standard US restrictions
regarding formaldehyde emissions.
Drawer Box
Our frameless cabinetry features four-sided drawer boxes constructed from 5/8″ thick solid wood, dovetail joints, with a 3/8″ thick plywood floor.

How is the interior of the cabinet finished?
Our frameless cabinetry comes standard with painted UV-coated interiors to match the exteriors.
Are your products CARB2 compliant?
Yes, all PKB Cabinetry products are in compliance with CARB1 & CARB2 defined guidelines of composite wood products.
Do your cabinets have soft-close hinges and rails?
Yes, soft-close hinges and rails are standard on all our current cabinet collections (excludes corner cabinet and select discontinued styles).
Do I need a finished panel for the exposed cabinet ends?
No, all our frameless cabinets come with finished exteriors.
How much weight can your drawers hold?
Our dovetail drawer boxes have a weight capacity of 70 lbs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), debit card, cashier’s check, cash, and wire transfers.
Do you offer credit terms?
We currently do not offer any sort of credit terms. All orders must be paid in full prior to processing and shipping.

How do you ship your cabinetry?
We have numerous shipping options available which range
from small pallet (LTL) shipments to 40’ high-cube containers directly from our factory. Most
products ship flat pack style and unassembled optimizing your storage space and shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my cabinets?
Pick up Orders
In-Stock items are available for same day pick up at of any of our distribution centers. Please call your nearest location for availability.
Pallet (LTL)
Orders are processed and shipped out of our facilities in as little as 2 business days depending on the service chosen. Transit time to your location can vary from 1-6 business days depending on
your location and the services required at delivery. (Backorders are exempt from normal lead
times.)
Full Truck Load (FTL)
Orders are processed and shipped out of our facilities in as little as 3 business days depending on the service chosen. Transit time to your location can vary from 1-6 business days depending on your location and the services required at delivery. (Backorders are exempt from normal lead
times.)
Container FOB (directly from factory)
Orders are processed and shipped out of our manufacturing facility in Thailand in as little as 30
days. Our 40’ containers can be shipped to any location in the world. International Customs and Logistics support provided.
How durable are these cabinets, and will they last for years with regular use?
Our cabinets are KCMA-certified, which means they have undergone rigorous testing to meet established quality, durability, and performance standards. Based on material studies, our cabinets should last over 40 years under proper care.
