Cabinets, Hinges, & Drawer Slides - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
All our cabinets come with a limited lifetime warranty. PANDA KITCHEN & BATH hereby warrants to the original purchaser, for residential applications only, that all our cabinets and accessories, hinges and all drawers with Hidden Glide drawer glide system, including system hardware, are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty runs for as long as you own your home and begins upon delivery to you. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of PANDA KITCHEN & BATH, and does not include labor for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modification, exposure to the elements, including humidity, which may result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.
PANDA KITCHEN & BATH reserves the right to alter design, specifications and material without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured. The repair (s) or replacements (s) are contingent upon the current product offerings of styles and construction options with the PANDA KITCHEN & BATH product line at the time of warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed after product becomes obsolete, the manufacturer reserves the right to honor the warranty in one of the following fashions: 1. To replace the affected component with a new component of the same style. 2. To replace the affected component and any other component (s) in the residential application to achieve a uniform appearance with a similar and comparable product style of the originally purchased style.
If components are replaced, PANDA KITCHEN & BATH cannot guarantee that the finish of these replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the components in the residential application. This is due to changes that occur during the wood’s natural aging process that affect its color and grain.
Sinks, Faucets, & Handles - ONE YEAR WARRANTY
PANDA KITCHEN & BATH hereby warrants to the original purchaser, for residential applications only, that all our sinks, faucets and handles are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of PANDA KITCHEN & BATH, and does not include labor for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modification, exposure to the elements, including humidity, which may result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.
All Other Items – NO WARRANTY
NO WARRANTY is offered to any items not listed above. the mistake before your shipment leaves our facility you will not incur any additional charges.
Natural Wood Disclaimer
Variations in color and grain are a natural characteristic of wood. Changes in color on finished wood products can occur due to exposure to light and other environmental factors. These variations and color changes are not deemed defective and therefore are not covered in the claims process or under our warranty. (We strongly encourage ordering a sample door before buying). Finishes/Distressing
Variations in our cabinetry's hand-applied finishes are what give each piece its distinctive look, and these variations are not considered to be defects in material or workmanship. The touch-up pen and putty we sell has been expertly matched by the Manufacturer to match the finish on your cabinets. It is intended for touch-ups, as we only sell them in small putty jars and pens. If you choose to purchase some putty or the touch-up pen to paint unfinished wood, know that the finished product may not be an exact match. The wood species, grain and porousness all have to be taken into account.
